Model and Property Releases

The nature and use of model and property releases are potentially long and complex topics. And unless you have a commercial end in mind for your pictures, you don't need them.

Having said that, I know a good thing when I see it, especially when it's free, so here are the model and property releases used by Getty Images.

In Amateur Photographer magazine this week, there is an excellent article on planning your wildlife photography year, by Colin Varndell. I can't find his web site - if he has one - but I did notice that he's got a nice looking book out, about wildlife in Dorset. We'll review it before long!
